I have sent a package to the USA and it got stuck there for 4 months without any clear reason. Everytime i asked aramex the reason they said that they contacted your counterpart ups company who told them that it is still under customs clearence.
So i started calling the us customs directly and they told me that they needed proof of authenticity which i provided them and they released but your people didnt bother to send someone to collect it nor ever told me that they needed some documents. All they say is that UPS told them that its under process. This is a lousy service by aramex. Not the first time i have issues with your services but this is the worst time.
The box and papers of the watch are lost so i lost half the value of the item because of your *** service (usd 500)+ i paid you for shipping + i paid someone else to go and collect the watch from customs (usd 70) all this because of your bad services. I can assure you that i will post this on all the social medias and i will make sure that people are aware of this incident and let then decide not to use your services world wide.
