I ordered some hat cleaners and they gave such a hissy fit we cant deliver, I told them pls stop this nonsense , u an send but sadly no,also ordered action man. Soldier, I got that but they took away his molded plastic rifle saying its a weapon that can b used I told them are u seriously deranged, look at it ,nope , cant send, it makes me want to go there and do wrestling holds on them to stop these silly useless rules and Wtf

Package missing and no update

I received my package 6 days ago in NY it was signed for by Aramex Shop and *** with USPS confirmation. It is not assigned to my account even when the promised by 2-3 days 100 times. Please find my package immediately shop and *** Also reply to my PM with a real update, stop telling me that you're working on it. People are tired of your lies. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I tried calling, emailing, PMs, nobody answers in this company. I don't know if they are still operating but they have my very expensive package and now I am screwed!

I’ve been trying to track a package since 3/20/20 and I was given a USPS tracking # 926129****531700****532659 on 3/24. I’ve been tracking the USPS # now for 7 days and the package has not made it to USPS according to the tracking. I called aramex once again and spoke to a lady name BiBi Muhammed who told me the package was at USPS. According to the tracking ma’am no it is not. She then gives me the USPS # 926129****531700****515461 again only to give me a completely different number than I was given the first time I spoke to aramex. Again this package has still not moved or made it to USPS. She tells me the package was last updated on 3/19 and it is with USPS. Again, no it is not. I called back to open an investigation on where my package is and now she gives me a date of 3/27 on a last update. That is not the same 3/19 date she gave me a few minutes before. When I mention this she says, “Oh my God!” As if she’s frustrated with me for calling again to get help with my issue. I told her that is uncalled for and very unprofessional. I just want you all to know the kind of representatives you have working for your company. This lady needs a serous reality check on customer service. On top of everything else, my package is still just sitting somewhere and still not in transit to me. I am very well aware of everything the country is going through right now and that shipments may be delayed. However, I’ve been ordering packages back to back for the last couple of weeks and haven’t had these type of issues. And I’m still placing orders and my other packages are still arriving with no problem, even from Hong Kong. I feel as though Aramex is giving me the run around. I’ve contacted the shipper so they know the problems I’m having as well. The shipper chose to ship with Aramex because they believed DHL would ship to me too slow. Ha! That’s hilarious compared to Aramex shipping and what I’m going through right now. All I want is my package!

Hi Aramex I placed my order under my name Pakhi Sharma (333********), and I did not know that it will require kyc documents to be accepted. I am a minor and i do not own the documents required yet. I have tried to reach out so many times. And you have been kind enough to help despite people badmouthing your services. Please accept the documents under my dad's name, and make the delivery possible asap. Also, whenever i try to file for support from your website, it gets rejected, so i went to your instagram page. I was told to file my Bank Account Statement / Electricity Bill/ Employee ID / Address Verification letter on company letterhead/ Hotel Booking Receipt / LPG Connection Receipt/ Rent Agreement / Hostel ID card / College ID with hostel Fee receipt......but i don't own any yet. Please accept my dad's, Charan Prakash Sharma. Please help me.

Shpment delay

Hellow. I have to receive a parcel, tracking number 331********, which was shipped as Express on 22.6.20. As I can see on your tracking service on 27.6.20 Shipment departed origin country - in flight to destination, but as I checked on GAASH Worldwide customer service, the parcel still didn't arrive to Israel. I want to know where is the parcel now and when I will receive it.

Unfortunatelly it's been my 2nd time to experience such an issue with Aramex call center agents in Dubai,UAE....

As i know and had been notified through aramex bot - through whatsapp my package already arrived to Dubai and i do have tracking number, while trying to arrange the delivery i spoke to 3 different agents from Aramex call center at 3 different days but untill now i didnt not recieve neither my package nor any updates from aramex; the call center people - who aimed to be Customer Support people- only keep giving me promises that next day we will send you the courier with your package & again & again same promise - only if i will be the one to call them!!! I mean what the *** is this????

I made the payment already and Aramex job is to cooperate and get in touch with their customers and arrange the delivery, but nothing instead! What kind of horeible service they provide - if only talking and "0" actions made!!!!

Same issue was last time and i thought it won't happen again but as you can read my texts here - they really made situation go worse....

From now on i will never use their service again and will update all of my friends & colleagues not to ask Aramex services!

I highly seek for your help and support please in order to arrange my package finally and so i won't take a risk further to deal with Aramex company again....never!

Still I am waiting for my courier

They didn't deserve 1 star also. Almost 2 week I am waiting for my courier, even though I requested for delivery soon as possible.every time when I call customer care their reply is wait 1 to 2 days, the same will repeat when I contact them after 2 days. Also, it will take more than 20 min to connect customer service, and I lost more than 30dhm for the calls without any progression.when I check with the status of my courier it's in the warehouse more than 5 days, and they can't give to their office somewhere near to that warehouse. I don't know how long I have to be wait for this. They don't have any responsibility for their customers.
