I am still awaiting a package that apparently arrived in my country 4 months ago. I spoke to employees Joseph and Langton at Aramex in Johannesburg a few times and they assured me each time that they would take care of it.
I am extremely upset, I have spent a lot of money on my items and I have no idea where it is or how to get it to me. This is extremely disappointing for a company to function like this.
I need to know who to complain to. This is infuriating.
