My supplier sent my goods from Singapore to Malaysia using Aramex (parcel number 3348862823). There is no tracking record online since 5 days ago.
They seem to have lost the parcel. They have the lousiest customer service and delivery in the world. Every time I called them, the customer service will say "your parcel will be delivered tomorrow". After a few days, finally somoene called me and asked me to pay duty.
When I asked him why after so many calls I made to customer service, nobody inform, me about that, he said "Sorry I was on leave".
After I have paid, they are still not delivering the parcel. I am still waiting for my parcel!
