Every time theres a pickup or delivery with Aramex its always a disappointment and they never follow the deadline.
Updates via the app are very broad and daily the deliveries get cancelled with no explanation. Customer service is the worst and they keep giving dates and promises that are never fulfilled, plus response time is very slow. Terrible terrible service.

The worst of the worst

Literally the worst of the worst when it comes to pick-ups. They schedule the pickup, send messages to the driver that is on the way, and then cancel.
I have never had a pick up arrive on the day booked.
They have zero customer support, their chat doesn't work as no one repies and their IVR blocks getting an actual representative.
