More than 1 week still I don't get my ATM card and no messages of shipment details customer service is unsatisfied and your representative no patience for completing the call to hear what we want

My parcel is supposed to be delivered in Wilderness, Western Cape. I now got a call from the delivery guy from Roodepoort in Gauteng.

No customer service details. The review score says it all.

Disappointed with Aramex. Local tracking #967084**** has been delayed 11 days after arriving at the US facility and with public holidays tomorrow and the day after, it will be at least 13 days (probably more) with no updates, no explanation, and no notification at all.

Customer service in Bahrain has zero idea about the exact arrival date and gives only vague answers. Totally unprofessional and random service.

Will never use Aramex again. 1 star

Problematic but resolved

Initially no communication and response or no live help. But after a few hours of stress, I could talk to a human and she said FedEx would deliver for them in USA.
FedEx delivery has been a NIGHTMARE also.

All day yesterday it was on Delivery truck but never delivered. Waiting today for it.
FedEx is horrible also. Extremely hard to talk.

It seems most of these shipping companies are there for businesses to ship out but not for Customers to receive with any ease or comfort. Literally spend 1, 2, or n number of days just to receive a package.
