I cant imagine a big company like you has no customer service number and your delivery team is negotiating with us to deliever the shipment or no and they treat us like animals because they know there is not channel of complaint.

Several times, I have faced the worst service ever. I will never deal with Aramex again.

They are not as helpful as other companies.

I dealt with DHL and was very happy, but Aramex does not help you in terms of getting in touch with customer service or assisting with your shipments. Please upgrade your system and team.
