I had sent a set of important documents to my customer in Brazil on the 7th of May 2018 (40043868362). It has almost been a month and the documents are still not delivered.
Since the 13th of May it has been at the SaoPaulo facility "under processing" and any requests for feedback from them have been ignored. Aramex South Africa and Becker Mining Systems South Africa are equally frustrated with the poor service, lack of commitment and utter disregard for customer service by them.
As a part of a global company which prides itself on excellent service and quality products, our reputation has now been tarnished as a result of this poor service. The value of the document was $20, but the loss for us in terms of future business with our customer is insurmountable.
Aramex CEO Bashar Obeid should be fired for the allowing this appalling standard of service and the losses he has incurred for his own company as a result.
