SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST ARAMEX COURIER SERVICE
The charges are as follows:-
(A) NON DELIVERY OF TWO HIGH PRIORITY ASSIGNMENTS & MISCOMMUNICATION OR MAL INFORMATION

I specifically contacted Aramex toll free No [02233003300 ] & mentioned them to deliver the product 2 ganesh statues Rs 3094 each on 3rd September Thursday which I purchased from redbag.in through e-bay.
But I did not received & on enquiring Aramex they Falsely (lied) to me that the seller (redbag.in) has cancelled the order & asked for a shipment return.
On contacting redbag.in they denied & maintained that they did not cancel & when they contacted Aramex , The Aramex courier Boy falsely told that I have rejected the shipment
Below are the mail chains & communication regarding:-
Further the Aramex courier boy MISBEHAVED over phone.
(a) PLEASE DELIVER THE PARCEL TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
(b) TAKE ACTION AGAINST ARAMEX COURIER BOY For Misbehavior .
(c) Reprimand CUSTOMER CARE OR THE CONCERNED PERSON for FALSE INFORMATION.
THIS RESULTED IN SERIOUS BUSINESS LOSS AS WELL AS SEVERE CUSTOMER DISSASTISFACTION & TARNISHED THE NAME OF ARAMEX COURIER SERVICE. HENCE PLEASE TAKE REQUIRED ACTION

As per our tel conversation today, I got to know that some guy from Aramex has misinformed you that your shipment is cancelled by us (the seller) which is no true because on eBay seller has no authority or command to cancel an order after it is in transit, the shipping services, pickup and delivery is initiated by eBay and there counter parts,
Sir, I understand how frustrating it will be in case of not receiving your order.
We spoke to Aramex customer care and lodged our complaint even we requested them to deliver the orders but they refused telling that the shipment is returned and you ask to ebay
Please find attached here with the snapshots of transaction details page of your order on our admin panel, see the part highlighted in red circle you will understand the whole thing.
I again assure you that we didn't initiated any returned, we had despatched your order in a timely manner but let down by the courier service which is beyond our control, we regret for the inconvenience.
