It's been more than a month since someone sent my package using aramex and when we did a follow up it happened that it was missing.
Been trying to get to the bottom of what is the procedure on lost items and how can I get my package or money back but nothing has been done, all we received is that there's an investigation.
If this is how you treat your customers then I'm utterly disappointed in your customer service. It is poor and a fraud. I will not stop doing my own investigation because I've been seeing alot of complaints on your pages.
