I used Aramex to send a shipment from the USA that I had purchased through Viabox and I chose them because it was the cheapest carrier service. It was not cheap though, to send a couple of sneakers from Oregon to Spain cost $65, but other services like DHL were like 100.
From the beginning, the tracking code they gave me was wrong, at least it always said "Invalid code number / information not available". Plus, I had to call them at their Dubai office, as they never answer emails, they do reply on Twitter though.
After almost one month waiting, they finally confirmed my package was lost. Now I'm waiting for a refund, as fortunately I did pay for the insurance, but I'm still waiting for them to contact me to send my money back, so I'm really angry and upset.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $230.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aramex Cons: I never got my package.
