Aramex - Lost shipment
I have ordered from an online seller and shipped it to Aramex shop&ship UK so that they send it to my home country. The seller provided me with tracking numbers and a signature proving it was delivered to Aramex UK address on march 21 2016 at 7:33 PM and signed by its employee, while Aramex shop & ship said they did not find it.
After several emails, Phone calls Aramex UK Office did not find it and did not refund what I have paid (Over 600 Pounds).
I know that shipments can be lost, but if there was prove of delivery from a well know seller, then it should be found.
Clearly Aramex shop and ship UK Office have some issues in sorting there received shipments, am closing my account with them and wont recommend them for any of my friends.
I would rate there customer service employees whom I dealt with Poor.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $900.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aramex Cons: Bad customer services, I never got my package, I cannot get the parcel i paid for.
