I had a tough issue where the customer was not delivered an important document sent from the bank and everyday when i call aramex, they were saying varoius reasons. Finally registered complaint and not sure if they will even adress to the same.
totally pathetic service. Its just a waste of time if you go with Aramex. My Complaint No: DXB/1217/93871. these people who work there are not professional.
I asked few questions for all of which their answer was "NO". 1. Do you have a TAT - No 2. Do you have an email to write complaint - No 3.
Do you know what is the reason for delay - No If this is the case, I dont know why those people are just sitting there.
Rather we can just use the system for tracking. Totally rediculous and really unhappy with their Service.
