Disappointed with Aramex. Local tracking #967084**** has been delayed 11 days after arriving at the US facility and with public holidays tomorrow and the day after, it will be at least 13 days (probably more) with no updates, no explanation, and no notification at all.

Customer service in Bahrain has zero idea about the exact arrival date and gives only vague answers. Totally unprofessional and random service.

Will never use Aramex again. 1 star

They lost my parcel, and even the complaints director doesn't have a clue about the case. This is not accepted, and I need someone to talk to me.

My product tracking no. 389019**** has been with Aramex for the last 20 days, and you people are not bothered.

They don't call. I ordered labuboos for kids and still have not received them. They have charged me money and are not refunding it.

I ordered through Trendyol. When you chat with both Aramex and Trendyol, they say they are tracking and do nothing.

My parcel is supposed to be delivered in Wilderness, Western Cape. I now got a call from the delivery guy from Roodepoort in Gauteng.

No customer service details. The review score says it all.

Previously I wrote to the CEO and he never replied, shows lack of basic manners. They have never improved their service and continue to be a hopeless parcel delivery company.

I contacted Aramex international courier to follow up on my shipment, and they delivered as promised.

Call not responding. Need to talk to an agent regarding the phone number change for urgent shipment to Saudi Arabia.

I got message claiming my package arrived but it didn't..Speak with someone or chat basically impossible ,only chatbot which not gonna solve anything

I was told to check on a shipment that was supposedly coming to me from London and I cant even get them to answer the phone. It leads me to think that this whole thing is nothing but a scam because when I call the number It rings once something picks up and takes me to a page which is just answer which charges you a fee to get an answer and this is ridiculous. I would never recommend them to anyone

Call not answered, tried the chat function and it didn't work either. I question their legitimacy.

I tried contacting them through their US number; they sent a code which I entered.

Phone rang once, then I got a blank white screen. This happened twice.

They send messages they are going to deliver from 9 to 2 pm, but still, they have not connected with me. I have a flight to return to Saudi.

Consignment left in depot 7 days mid journey.

No regional depot talks to another.

Customer service and enquires only inform the customer how hard it is for them and how busy they are.

They do not return calls.

The tracking system is incomplete and is devoid of updates.
