Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior

Dear Aramex Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Dubai Nakheel Mall branch yesterday. I sent a shipment to France with the tracking number 353********.

Unfortunately, I encountered an employee who was not only rude but also unprofessional. Despite my efforts to provide my email address, he neglected to record it. Later, when he called me while I was driving to request my email again, I attempted to clarify it using the Phonetic Alphabet to ensure accuracy. Shockingly, he admitted to not knowing the alphabet, which led to a frustrating and unproductive conversation.

I kindly suggested that he familiarize himself with the Phonetic Alphabet or have it readily available for future reference. However, instead of acknowledging the oversight, he responded with unprofessional behavior, raising his voice and causing unnecessary stress.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from your team. If this issue is not addressed promptly and I do not receive a formal apology, I will be compelled to escalate my complaint further.

Last week i got a message from Aramex that my bank card is ready. So i chose the schedule today April 28,2024.

Then today i got another message saying that my package is out for delivery. Then at around 12pm the delivery guy called my and asked for my current location because he said he will deliver the package and was just in another place which is around 30mins away from where i am. So I waited for him. During my break-time i called him asking him where he is.

He told me the same location. Then at around 4:30pm i checked the status of my package thru aramex system and it says that there was an "attemp" of delivery but this guy never called me or message me. So i called him again and he is still in the same place as what he told me at 12pm. This is unacceptable.

He also said that today is sunday it's off and maybe he will deliver it tomorrow. Then i told him "why did you take the schedule today if you are closed? This raises too many questions on this company. Integrity is the most important trait in this type of business since we rely on your company to deliver our important documents.

This is not some simple package that can be delayed. This is my bank card. Your company should re-think and revise your company policies.

You should never let the package leave the warehouse if it will not be delivered on the schedule date. It's hard for me to trust your company now knowing that your staff don't even care if the customer is waiting.

First off, I Love Aramex, I am a fan of Aramex, I have you a 5 star. However your delivery Man was terrible.

This Man was terrible, very rude. The delivery was for my neighbor in the same apartment. Instead of coming there to make his delivery and leave, he saw me exercising in front of the door as I just came from a run and stayed behind me staring for 10 seconds as I was in front of the door and he was behind l me. I wasnt sure if there was someone as I was stretching and focused.

At least the person would at least say Hello, Good Afternoon . When I turned back, He looked so disgusted.

I turned as I noticed him and asked why he didnt say hello and ask for my colleague respectfully instead of standing there looking at me like I did something bad.

This was how argument ensured his was shouting in front he hall way, in the elevator, the security tried to settle things, he held up the elevator. He refused to respond to security.

When I tried to go with him for his bike number as he refused to give his name, he almost hit me with his bike. This is evil of racism in these people is terrible and super ugly.

Ive been in Dubai since 2012, and Ive never seen such service from Aramex. Aramex has been amazing, simple the best. I had to make this report for the best interest of Aramex and the UAE. What does it cost to show people respect?

Why not arrive the apartment with warm greetings? Instead, come there with such a disrespectful attitude, and still stay rude when I corrected him and then start shouting inside the elevator.

I know rudeness and Id let this one slide. I did not want to leave a comment here but there was no number to call, all the best Aramex.

Recently ordered an item and paid a crazy amount for insurance and other fees. Ended up paying about 300+ in fees alone plus the value of the actual package. They then told me I didn't have an insurance license and took my package, they then are saying my delivery cannot go any further and that was that.

Hello.

I paid online on Sunday and requested a pickup for the next morning. No one ever contacted me, no one came.

Now it's Wednesday midday, the aramex website is completely down. The app itself can't open as it says it can't send me a confirmation code to my Saudi number.

I've been waiting on the answering machine of the aramex customer service for an hour, after one unkind employee sent me back in the queue without a word when she realized I wanted to speak in English and I guess she couldn't.

I want would like the service to be respectful and effective: I paid three days ago and my shipment hasn't even been picked up yet.

Does aramex take any responsibility at some point ever and offer reimbursement or compensation?

They flailed to deliver my bank card on time yet i have overdue amount I wanted to pay which resulted into excess penalties. Still now the card is not yet here, story short, first I gave work location they failed to deliver, second, i gave my home delivery still nothing. Aramex had put me in a big mess that will cost me a lot. When I try to call them , you cant to talk to their customer care, and when I track my shipments, it shows I have successfully talked with their agent, which I didn't. I have never told any agent that i was not available, I wonder how they go around lying.

I have been waiting to receive a crucial bank document since the 29th of April 2024, and here we are on the 10th of May 2024, with no sign of my package. Their WhatsApp claims it is 'in transit,' yet their website says, 'The package is now being prepared at our office for either customer collection or delivery.'
