It's been two months since I ordered my stuff. The first time, I was told that there was a problem and my delivery was not deliverable.
I got a replacement from Amazon, and now my order was supposed to arrive on the 4th. It was not delivered and I was told to wait until December 10th which was still not delivered.
I am really frustrated and disappointed because I already paid for this package and i even emailed at Aramex but they are not doing anything about it. Its now January and I still havent received my package

I had a package delivered to my account on the 15th of October, 2024, with this USPS tracking number: 947010****300075****88. It shows that it was delivered to an agent, but until now it has not been reflected in my account to be shipped. I want to know what the issue is, and why it is that it was delivered to the agent but hasn't been updated.

I requested a return ten days ago but, to date, there has been no response, no call, no pickup, nothing. Even though I've called the customer representative many times, and after a huge struggle, I finally came in touch with customer support.
They said 'tomorrow' and this has happened five times. It is entirely careless and a waste of my time. There is a WhatsApp service for customer support which is utterly useless. I will never get any response from them.
It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We have to return our products on time, and if they are not collected within ten days, how can we accomplish this?
Please improve your customer support. Even after repeatedly reminding, there is continual disregard.

Twice now, they have made no effort to deliver whatsoever. The first time, I went to the depot to collect the delivery.
I was expecting two boxes, but the staff said there was only one. As I put it in my car, I noticed there was a sticker on the box saying 'box 1 of 2'. So, I took a photo, went back in, and showed this to the staff, and they then magically found the second box. The second time, I got a notification that the package had arrived at the depot.
Then, there was nothing for almost two weeks. I emailed them to complain about the delay, and they said they would do a depot-wide search and asked me for a description of the package (it's a box with stuff inside, I'd imagine that's quite common there). They then eventually found it and sent it out for delivery. I left the gate to the premises open and stayed within earshot of the door.
There is also easy, free parking out front. Some time later, I received an email saying delivery was attempted, and the package is on the way back to the depot. Not even a card in the letterbox.
I'm convinced they didn't even try to deliver. Absolutely useless company!

Over one month, I have had refunds but cannot contact you. Also, nobody comes to pick them up.
I called your delivery person, but they did not come either. This is not right; it's just cheating someone.

Update today 13th August. Aramex sort of apologized (sort of) and we agreed to let Aramex pick up the parcel and deliver it to me, although we paid again but with a discount (so we lost about US$ 140!) lets see how this goes...
I paid Parcel 2 Go to deliver a parcel from the UK to me here in Dubai, UAE.
They used DPD to pick up the parcel, which was good, then they handed it to Aramex and it all went wrong.
1. Aramex admitted to putting false information on the tracking, stating my parcel had been delivered to Dubai, UAE, when in fact it was still in London. This false tracking information caused a four-day search for the missing parcel here in Dubai before Aramex admitted the tracking info was incorrectly added by a female employee in London.
2. Aramex started sending important emails to my wife's personal email, which she assumed were either junk mail or a scam email.
I have never given my wife's personal email address to anyone at Parcel 2 Go, there is no reason. I suspect that Aramex has my wife's email address on file as she received a delivery from Aramex (a bank card) just a few days earlier than this event.
They should have used my email which is on the shipping documents and should not take it upon themselves to use her email.
They returned my parcel to the supplier in the UK. I'm still fighting them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I had a shipment No.502********, and my address was shared already with area mentioned however Aramex team mentioned that my location is Saadityat Island which is not true. I have reached out to the costumer service chat 3 times and didnt get the proper assistance.
I have received a whats app message from Aramex whats app on 03Oct @6:55pm to track my shipment.
Until now I didnt get any calls from the delivery person neither whats app. Thats really weird and frustrating, what should I do to while I provided my proper address to the costumer service chat twice.

ARAMEX Cyprus (Nicosia): one of the most mendacious and inefficient couriers in CY. My parcel arrived on 18/12 and in the days to follow any kind of false statements could be found on the tracking: "failed to be delivered, delivered P2P, returned to ARAMEX office" and finally "delivered on 30/12".
Yet it was not delivered to me! Nobody even called or emailed me. Only after I started poking them myself, they admitted "the parcel is in our office". Finally, did they deliver on 07/01.
Not a word of apology. The sender honestly put all the contact details on the package.

Yesterday, July 14th I received mail from Aramex mentioning that the operations team had assured that the clearance process would be completed by yesterday, July 14th. However, tracking the shipment today, July 15th on the website still showed it as in transit.The last update from Aramex on the Amazon platform is dated July 4th, indicating a lack of synchronization or coordination between the logistics company and Amazon.
This discrepancy raises doubts about the reliability of the information provided.Moreover, the Aramex mobile app shows the last update on June 27th, which further highlights inconsistencies in the tracking status between the website and the mobile app. This situation is causing significant frustration and uncertainty.
Tracking of the shipment through Aramex Kuwait is not at all correct. They don't provide details properly. I have attached a screenshot. The last update showed on the 27th and 28th of June, indicating that the package has reached Kuwait and is waiting for customs clearance.
Yet, they have not cleared it. Whereas on their Aramex mobile application, it shows something else. The package is coming from the US and is still in transit. What kind of customer service is this?
Just because this is a small order, should it be delayed? If they are unable to track or deliver, I want my money to be refunded.

i order from yesstyle on 27 june and it was shipped out on 28 june. my package was supposed to arrive in 10-15 business days.
but yesterday i got an update on yesstyle - my orders. it said delivery attempted but no one home / delivery rescheduled for next business day i am very confused on what this means. i live in dinga, pakistan and thats where my order was supposed to arrive. but when i got that update of attempted delivery it also said that my package is in karachi.
which doesnt make sense. where did they attempt to deliver my package in karachi? i dont live there.

Very bad service and the delivery guy has a very bad attitude. Please reach some basic manners to your agents who is facing customers.
They are representing aramex when they talk to us. I will not use their service again. Even local courier has better reviews compared to aramex. Proof of tracking number attached for your reference after 5 days of follow up.
Al false promise from call Centre agent. Finally call Centre agent connect call to driver who did not have any patience or manners.

Verified ReviewerThe Worst Courier Service I Have Ever Encountered. My package probably is gone forever.
Aramex is, without a doubt, the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. They make no real effort to deliver packages, and instead, mark deliveries as failed with baseless excuses like address not found.
Worse, their system provides no practical way to recover your package or communicate effectively.
This companys incompetence creates nothing but frustration and wasted time for customers.
I strongly encourage businesses to avoid using Aramex entirely, their services are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely inefficient.
My dream is that companies stop using Aramex altogether so they lose customers and, frankly, go out of business. That alone would save so many people from the nightmare of dealing with this disastrous courier.
