Disappointed with Aramex. Local tracking #967084**** has been delayed 11 days after arriving at the US facility and with public holidays tomorrow and the day after, it will be at least 13 days (probably more) with no updates, no explanation, and no notification at all.
Customer service in Bahrain has zero idea about the exact arrival date and gives only vague answers. Totally unprofessional and random service.
Will never use Aramex again. 1 star

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Contacted aramex and trendyol through email and communicated to resolve the issue.
My product tracking no. 389019**** has been with Aramex for the last 20 days, and you people are not bothered.
They don't call. I ordered labuboos for kids and still have not received them. They have charged me money and are not refunding it.
I ordered through Trendyol. When you chat with both Aramex and Trendyol, they say they are tracking and do nothing.

Aramex continue to not provide service. This is a shocking company and I wish that who I purchase items from would stop using them like Sistaco.
My parcel has been sitting with them for 12 days now and they7 have not delivered my parcel.
Previously I wrote to the CEO and he never replied, shows lack of basic manners. They have never improved their service and continue to be a hopeless parcel delivery company.

I was told to check on a shipment that was supposedly coming to me from London and I cant even get them to answer the phone. It leads me to think that this whole thing is nothing but a scam because when I call the number It rings once something picks up and takes me to a page which is just answer which charges you a fee to get an answer and this is ridiculous. I would never recommend them to anyone

I tried contacting them through their US number; they sent a code which I entered.
Phone rang once, then I got a blank white screen. This happened twice.

THIS COMPANY SUCK.
I SENT A PARCEL USING EASYPARCEL (THEY USE ARAMAX) TO THE USA ON 23RD JUNE, THEY SENT IT TO UK. I REALISED ON 3RD JULY RIGHT BEFORE ETA, TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES FORM THAT DAY, NOT TO DELIVER BECAUSE I HAD TO RE-SEND ANOTHER ONE TO THE BUYER DUE TO LATE DELIVERY.
THEY DID NOTHING, ON 23RD JULY THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD DELIVERED AND CANNOT BE STOP, NO PROOF OF DELIVERY.
THE RECEIVER IS IN THE USA, THEY SEND IT TO UK AFTER ONE MONTH, I STOPPED THEM ON 3RD JULY, THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID ALREADY DELIVERED ON 23RD JULY AND CANNOT BE STOP? ARAMAX DID NOT RESPONSE FROM DAY ONE UNTIL NOW
