they lost my shipment , too many calls to their customer service and they always write requests for me at every call and no use . i have called the management and the other countries managment and it's all useless .

one week now no update for my shipment and i don't know how much longer it will take .

this is so disappointing and i am so depressed . i was very happy with my package and awaiting it but now i hate aramex and i hate the day that i intended to use them or even seeing them , i even hate their name ...., don't ever ship with them again ....
