Aramex - Shipment Lost by Shop and Ship
Shipment with NY office from since 28th August, still not updated, today 8th Sept
After 10 days of struggle, zero updates from NY office,
My package with NY Rubbish office from since 28th August, and still no update,,, no reply to any emails, no . positive answers from over 3hours of long long hold calls.
EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE,,,,
Calls so many times.... all excuses, 5 days and NY office not even bother to reply to any messages....
Long long hour of Phone Calls, with average on hold period 35 to 30 minute
Extremely bad call center support staff,
Complaint submitted to managers, still not resolved, no one bother to get reply from new work office.
Never trust them, worst service ever,
No Care
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aramex Pros: Unprofessional.
Aramex Cons: Customer service, Awful awful, Poor explanations.
