my shipment was scheduled to delivered between 21~25 Feb but Aramex team call me and updated the status " address corrected" then next day, shipment out, next status was " onhold contacting customer, then again on hold, for next 48hrs,...again shipment out, later scheduled for next business day.....and then never delivered yet.
I tried to call the aramex center as well as complain on line, to aramex system, but no hope. no reply from the either side, from the website from where I purchased the perfume nor from the Aramex.
