I ordered a package from Paperchase consisting of just some pencilcases as a Christmas present. I ordered these at the end of November and now it is the end of December.
I called and called and finally got in touch with a "representative" CLAIMING that they emailed/ called me countless times. I did not receive and calls or emails. They then told me that they were holding my parcel at customs and would only release it if I paid a 30 dollar fee. I've ordered from the UK before but this has NEVER happened to me.
Their customer service is unreliable and the fee they are asking is worth more than my actual parcel. This is ridiculous.
Monetary Loss: $30.
