The shipment was delivered to Aramex in Riyadh on 01-04-2015 and on 07-04-2015 it is still not delivered in Jeddah (that is only 900 km in the same country). After several calls to the contact center they are unable to justify of explain this delay.
Their customer support fail to understand that 7 days and delivery not in sight is a major service issue. OR may be they do not care.
This seems to be the Culture of Aramex as they do not even answer to the complaints I lodged at Aramex Web site. I should never use Aramex for their pathetic "courier" service.
