I've had "experience" with aramex, at least six of them...and none of them pleasant!Wish Amazon would do away with low quality *** delivery services such as aramex (and iParcel).
DHL, UPS, FexEX is the only way to go, because they seem to have people working for them that are complete liars and imbeciles! Multiple times I've even had to go collect my own parcel, when they said no one to accept package (with helper home always, and most of time wife too). They don't even leave missed delivery notice and I have to track my package and spend loads of time contacting these people in the Singapore office that obviously have NO clue what they are doing...other than collecting a paycheck for NOT doing their job! I'm very surprised they are still in business as there are loads of complaints with the same issues...aramixedup rarely actually deliver!
Do they not have a quality management system to follow which means they adhere to certain standards?
The answer is YES, they advertise this and are audited on this system, so apparently they are paying off the auditor.There is absolutely no grounds for them to be considered a quality delivery company!!!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of aramex shipping. Aramex needs to "aramex to go out of business!" according to poster's claims.
