I got some urgent material shipped from INDIA on 9th Jan 2016. I was told by the original company that I would get the parcel by 13th Jan.They have sent the parcel through Aramex. I paid the VAT also on Thursday when I came to know that the parcel had to be cleared in customs. I was confirmed by Aramex that I would get the parcel on Friday without any failure.I had some important occasion at home on Saturday for which I wanted the parcel.
When I called on Friday,to my surprise, I was again that there is an
issue at DPD side and I would get only on Monday. I called DPD so many times and they told that the parcel got misrouted and this caused teh delay.I am completely disapppointed by Aramex service. I have spent so much money on this parcel but still could not get it on time.
I want my money back. Please help me refund my money.
