Aramex - Worst service ever
1-None of the TEN missing waybills mentioned below were transferred although they were collected a month ago

2- The missing value on waybill number 436******** were not transferred although Mohamed Samir confirmed that a week ago
3- waybills number 436******** , 436******** , 436******** collected 3 weeks ago were not transferred either I had so many troubles since I decided wrong to use Aramex service starting from miscommunication between departments which led to many wrong information given and many useless calls without any action which led to losing so many of my clients who informed me directly that using Aramex service with this bad management of couriers , customer service and account manage will end up losing more clients
Reason of review: All of the above.
Monetary Loss: $15000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aramex Pros: To get my money and cancell the contract.
Aramex Cons: To deal with a company that steal my money and waste my time.
